Hand Dived Isle of Skye scallops with a pesto dressing..."the scallops were of good quality and very enjoyable. The scallops had been dressed with the cooking liquor of butter and lemon which was most suited to the dish. A good balance of fresh ingredients and flavours emanated from the dish.

Roe venison, wild mushrooms & juniper jus..."The venison was excellent in quality , tenderness and flavour. The juniper jus was also enjoyable. Excellent balance of flavours."
